Which dual monitor setup?

Hardware:
- two 22" LCD widescreens
- one computer with VGA and DVI output
- one computer with onboard VGA output

Options:
A. Monitor to each computer. Use Synergy.
B. Two monitors to one computer. Use RDP.

With option B, I can buy a KVM later and use it to share one of the two monitor to the 2nd computer.

I'd definitely go for Option B, just make sure to buy high quality cables for the KVM, the thicker the better or you may get some ghosting!
