Which Dual Mobo is better for Opteron

Hi everyone. I am about to build a new system. A want to use 2x of the Opteron 244(1.8 Ghz) processors. I am having trouble figuring out which mobo to pick. I want to be ready for PCI-E and also have PCI-X. I want to install an sound card and not use the onboard sound. and I also got and IDE card for expansion and a TV turner card I want to use on the new system. THe TV turner and the IDE expansion card is from my old PC. Some one please help me. I will also be buying 2 WD Raptos 76 Gb each. and I wan tto usethe other 2 old drives I have as storage with the IDE expansion.. Please help

Thanks. I will keep my eyes open on these mother boards. Oh and what about the MSI board the NEO Far 2 I think is what it is called. How is that Mobo. Also If i was to instead of thinking about Opteron and was thinking about Intel. Then which Xeon processors from Intel are 64Bit and 32Bit and which Mobo would you recommand? The only reason I asked about Intel is becuase there was a member who posted that Xeon does not reguire registered Ram as Opteron does. So the ram price might be cheaper. Please help.

Opterons would whip Xeon butt, and comparable Xeon CPUs can be more pricey anyway. However Supermicro and Intel make dual Xeon boards to look at. Not sure which models to recommend though.
