Which drivers to use for Asus K8N-E Deluxe chipset

Hi

First, can i use the drivers for the chipset from both Nvidia (Unified pack) and Asus or will i lose some functionality/performance by using Nvidias?

Second, when using a Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu (Notice the B) with the Asus board will i have to change the stock plate?

Third, does anyone know if ATI is regularly realeasing updated GART drivers or are the GART driver in the chipset driverpackage from either Nividia or Asus the better one to use?

I can provide some info on the CPU fan and backplate. I also have ASUS K8N-E Deluxe and Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu. First, I wanted to possibly use the board's stock metal backplate for the cooler. Well, it didn't really work. The backplate is pretty much incompatible with Zalman 7000. I had to remove the stock backplate. Initially, it looked like a difficult and a bit scary task, since the piece of metal attached to the mobo looks very solid. However, it came off incredibly easily - I just applied some pressure to the backplate's screw holes from the other side and then pulled it just a bit from one side. It detached from the mobo almost instantly. The whole backplate is covered with some adhesive but it's not very strong and I didn't even have to use considerable force, hair dryers or anything like that in order to make this glue surrender
