I am still using 4.29 final with no problems

I would just download and install the latest version.

The 4-in-1 drivers that I use are the latest, 4.32, without the IDE busmaster fix.

I find that Microsofts IDE driver, included in SP2, is faster.

surprisingly, i'm with bigbootydaddy and not using the 4in1's either. i recently reformatted, installed all the important stuff from windows update, and haven't had any problems. my main problem USED to be lockups in counterstrike, that's how i knew i forgot to install the 4in1's, but after SP2 everything seems ok without them.
