Which Dremel to buy?

I'm interested in buying a dremel for some minor case mods I need to do.

I want to cut the grills off the fan slots in my case
I want to enlarge two, possibly all three fan holes to fit 80mm (or maybe 92, i'll have to measure)
I need to modify a backplate to fit my mobo (i bought one on ebay that is really close)

So, first, is a dremel even the right tool? could i do all this with a nibbler? if i need a dremel, which one is best or which is the cheapest one i can get away with?

Thanks in advance

Thanks, I found a B/D RTX-6 for $35 at Home depot ($20 less than any e-tailer on froogle.) I'll swing by there after work.
