Ok, I'm sorta in the middle of modding my EN-7237. I cut a big hole in front of the chassis with snippers for my 12cm fan. It doesn't look good. Fortunately, the bezzle covers up my job nice and good. Anyway, I've decided I should use a dremel for my top, back, and side holes.

I noticed that Home Depot has the Dremel Model: 7700 for $40.00. This is the cordless one.

I would like to know a few things.

1.) Is there a good non-dremel way of cutting holes?
2.) What kind of dremel does everyone here use?
3.) Is the 7700 good for the $$? Is there anything you recommend?

Despite the low battery life, I still prefer a cordless.

Any help would be appreciated!

The corded Multipro is probably the best choice for modding cases. The cordless models do not have enough torque (they slow down and stall far too easily) for cutting the case steel. The Pro/Commercial models aren't really worth the difference in the price; if you really need a more heavy-duty model, there are a few other real professionalbrands that are a lot stronger than the Dremel brand.
