which dnet client is the best for these systems

right now i am cracking ogr on my 2 systems, A p2 450 and a celeron 466@584, which clients would i see the best performance from.

The lastest client (465) is the best for P6 cpus I believe.

If you don't plan on participating with other project like DES or OGR, v2.7105.432 process a few more blocks a day than the newer clients.

Yep, version 465 gives about a 10% increase in speed over version 463 for PII's, PIII's and Celerons, but about a 10-15% drop for K6-2's and K6-3's...

Good old 463b still available at the Dnet client download page, is the best to use with that K6 for OGR. OGR is the most efficient project for K6s BTW. The 465 will be the best for OGR on a P6/Celeron as stated above, or the 464g Beta client. (same OGR core as the 465 GUI, but in CLI format)

I'm with Viztech, the 463b is the client for the lazy man and the best compromise for all processors and projects (until a P4 client is sorted).
