dell is most likely out of stock on anything that has a big coupon/discount with it. so, good luck getting that.
 
the Canon's ugly?? My mom has it and unless you have something against the color scheme I think it looks pretty nice, very well built for the price too. My only thing about it so far, the movie mode is that stupid ass Motion JPEG which isn't a very effective codec. The Panny is awesome it would be my choice personally.
 
My mom has the panasonic and it's a very good camera. Takes good pictures AND simple to use. Can't go wrong with it.

Canon is ugly? My mom thinks 1978 AMC Pacer is cute but I don't think so. Canon is the best I have bought.
