Which DFI mobo?

Gonna make the painful switch to PCI-E soon and I need a good over clocking mobo, I figured I can't go wrong with DFI, but I cant tell the difference between these two:

1. DFI nF4 Infinity nVidia nForce 4 Chipset Dual Ch DDR400 PCI Express x16 Serial ATA Raid 0/1 6-Ch Audio GB Lan IEEE 1394

or

2. DFI Lanparty UT nF4-D Socket 939 nVidia nForce 4 Dual-Ch DDR400 8-Ch Audio GB Lan Raid 0/1/0+1 IEEE1394 2 x PCI-E x16

They are the same price but don't know which is better, I have a RAID setup, single core CPU and an Audigy 2 Value (so I wont use the on board).

I've had the Ultra-D since launch and have never had a problem out of it. I'd recommend it but that doesn't mean its better than the Infinity. Really there probably ain't much difference in the two other than one might have another feature or two the other one doesn't.

Ultra-D > Infinity series.

The Ultra-D is like an SLI-DR minus the SLI capabilities and the RAID controller. You can basically hack the Ultra-D to be an SDI-D by connecting a bridge on the nForce 4 chipset.

The Infinity series is always a cheaper more mainstream board.

Get the Ultra-D. You'll love it. Be prepared to spend time tweaking. It could be a headache for some, but tweaking mine worked out to be fine.
