Which Dell software to rotate monitor portrait-to-landscape?

Got a 1901FP for x-mas and I want to rotate web pages to landscape mode. My friend just got a Dell 2400 so I can download the software from there. Anyone know the file name?

IIRC, NVidia drivers have this capability built into them.
