I've got two choices...

Either:

Kingston HyperX 1GB (x2)

or:

OCZ Gold Series Cas latency 5 2x1GB

I must first clarify that I don't live in the states, so NewEgg is not an option. My choices are kind of limited here when in comes to high performance RAM, and those two are probably the best I could get.

I can get the Kingston for a good price (cheaper, in fact than the OCZ) and from the specs, it seems to be better overall.

I'm planning on doing a mild overclock on an E6400 (no more than 2.8GHz) with my ASUS P5N-E SLI mobo. So the RAM must overclock well, but nothing extreme.

I'm more concerned about compatibility...I know the P5N-E SLI can be picky with RAM, and neither RAM is listed on the certified vendors list. They are both unbuffered, non-ECC which is what the mobo requires, but I'd hate to buy the RAM and have it not post, since I've heard conflicting reports about the Hyper-X not working with my mobo.

Anyone with experience using either on the P5N-5 SLI wanna offer their opinion? I'd greatly appreciate it.
