Which DDR to get? Want to buy NOW since prices are rising?

Do I need buffered/unbuffered, ECC, nonECC. I'm not sure.

Not for a server or anything. I just want some good RAM for a P4 DDR system I'm building.

A link would be much appreciated.

memory prices seem to have leveled off for now, but i would reccommend going to Mushkin and getting some of the DDR high performance CL222 stuff, its very nice 😉

Wait until Feb 1 if you can. I would bet that memory prices will have fallen some by then.

I would go with WA261 because, if u're going P4+DDR, I would highly recommend going with Asus P4S333, which uses SIS 645, and supports DDR333, and when using DDR333, it outperforms P4T-E and similar 850 boards using PC800 RDRAM. But, I'd go an Athlon XP though.
