Which current HDDs have a 1tb platter?

Hey all, i was in the market to buy another 2tb WD Caviar Black, but i wanted to wait until they make 2x1tb platters instead of 4x500gb platters. Any word on when some HDD companies are gonna release these hdd?

I understand the flooding delayed this move, but hopefully by the spring it'll all be sorted out and prices will be back to normal.

The new Seagate 3 TB Barracuda (not the XT) and the Hitachi 7K1000.D have 1 TB platters.
