Which credit card companies offer single-use credit card numbers?

I know Citi does, do any other companies offer something like this?

I'm not counting Discover because the virtual credit card numbers they generate aren't single use (they can be used only with a single merchant). Amex stopped their single use numbers (Private Payments??) a while back i think.

Ok good to know.

CitiBank and MBNA allow you to create one time use cc's from their web site :)

Just me or some websites reject sigle use credit card numbers? From what I have seen, singe use ones have expiration dates within a month. So maybe they use that as a criteria of rejection.

Please read my OP. Discover's product isn't single-use in the way Citi does it. When discover says single-use, they mean it can be used only at a single merchant. But there is NO restriction on how many times you can use that number. So you could generate a number, add it to Amazon.com (using Amazon as an example because they save CC info), and use that number again and again.

From http://www2.discovercard.com/deskshop/:
A Single-Use Card Number can only be used at the retailer where it was first used?it can't be used anywhere else. If the Single-Use Card Number is lost or stolen, you can deactivate it without canceling your actual Discover Card Account. To cancel a Single-Use Card Number,
please call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683).
