Which CPU

I need a choice between these two cpu. I do not want 64-bit so do not try and sell me on that. I won't overclock and I am more worried about temperatures then overclockablity. I am going to get a Zalamn 7000B Pure Copper CPU Fan with it. I have a A7N8X E Deluxe.

if you're not going to oc, then pick whichever is the cheapest of the two procs. bfg 6800oc hands down though

Get any of the 45W mobiles. The 6800 will, of course, be superior to the 6600GT.

By the way, I would not recommend the 7000 all-copper, as they're quite heavy and can put a lot of stress on the motherboard. [[EDIT: To clarify, the aluminum-copper is fine.]] The Zalman 3100 is probably cheaper anyway, and it works fine for me on Socket A. The only disadvantage is that you can't carry it over to anything else except old Socket 370.

You could go for the Zalman AlCu version over the all-copper version. The AlCu version weighs considerably less than the Cu one and performs almost exactly the same (1-2C difference).

It runs slightly cooler. When overclocking, the mobile chips also have more voltage headroom (like all Bartons, they'll take 1.75V safely, but they have more room since their stock voltage is lower) and an unlocked multiplier (newer desktop chips come irreversibly locked, except for A64s, which are unlocked downward, and A64 FXes, which are completely unlocked).
