I have a p45 UD3P board and currently running an e5200@3.8ghz. Currently running a gtx 260 oc to 725/1500/1300. Wondering if my cpu is the bottleneck here? Do I need more cpu power or am I good at this setup. I just want to make sure that my video card is being use for it's full potential here.

That should be adequate for most games ( apart from games that use 4 cores, of course). I wouldn't worry about it unless you're thinking of going multi-GPU.
