Looking to get a new mobo and ram. What is better ram to get. I see the LL costs a little more. Looks like maybe the LL is faster? I thought 3200C2 was 2-2-2-5. Why does the website say 2-3-3-6. Any ideas which is better/faster?

C2 is 2-3-3-6, that's why the site says so. :) LL stands for low-latency, meaning 2-2-2-5. Lower latency means higher performance in most cases. CAS latency has long been the focus for most users when trying to get performance, but now that nearly all memory can handle that, the focus has shifted to the other timings. CAS latency is still the largest single factor for latency performance, the others can account for a few percent difference though. Whether it's worth the price increase is subjective. Plus, most 2-3-3-6 rated modules can run at 2-2-2-6 (even 2-2-2-5 should be 2-2-2-6 for best performance).

Take a look in to some Crucial PC3200, tweaktown has gotten them up to 232MHZ cas 2-2-2-5:). Plus they are only $47 a stick of 256Mb. Crucial ships there RAM free fed ex 2 days, and they come with 30 day moneybak guarantee.

On the last page of the RAM guide to 865/875 mobos posted on AT a few weeks ago, it was claimed that c2 and LL are pretty much the same thing.
