Which Corsair RAM should I pick?

I have an option from two sticks of RAM. Both seem to be exactly the same with Cas 2 timings and a 1T command rate.

Stick #1
Stick #2

Should I just pick whichever one I like better as in color? If so, then I'll just get the black one because the heatsink sticks and I'd rather have that than with it sticking in, but thats just personal opinion and if they are technically the same.

Also, in RAM, what is the difference in OEM and Retail for Corsair sticks? If there is no difference, I'd like to go with OEM because then I can get it from newegg.com for the same price and not have to buy it through another site so that way everything comes through newegg.com

Get the silver heat spreder, it looks faster! Oh, and OEM and Retail are pretty much the same. I think Corsair has a lifetime warrenty on both OEM and Retail.

Do you know for sure it they both have a lifetime warranty? I don't want to regret later not buying it from googlegear and getting a lifetime warranty...

Even the OEM have a lifetime warranty. It says so on at least one of the OEM listings at NewEgg. I can assure you that when you buy the Quality RAM from Corsair they will stand behind it! I had a stick of PC2100 that all of a sudden lost half of it's capacity and Corsair replace it immediately...in fact the first stick got lost in the mail (I have an APO address) and they sent a replacement stick to my brother who forwarded it to me. Good company - good quality = satisfied customers. I will stick with Corsair (even if I pay more for the RAM).
