no one forced those "victims" to smoke

<--- biased shareholder of big tobacco companies.

Ever heard of secondhand smoke? I am quite convinced the effects far exceed those experience by the smoker themselves, because if smokers had anywhere near the effect of those around them with allergies do, noone would choose to smoke, ever. It's also been shown that the residue left on walls, upholsterty, and even smoker's skin can be absorbed by others through the skin for years after the smoking has ended.

I voted for Phillip Morris in this poll. Only other choices in the running on the list were Haliburton and De Beers, & Sony with maybe an honorable mention for the MPAA.

I think Intel should be on the list long before most of the others in this poll.

i dont disagree with the effects of smoking or second hand smoke. i hate smokers, i got my gf to quit, and i used to curse at anyone who gives 2nd hand smoke to others

besides my gf, i dont think i could get anyone to quit, well why not profit off of them? since some of these smoker a-holes don't care about 2nd hand smoke bothering others, it shouldn't bother me that i profit off of their cancer inducing habits. yes that's a bit extreme, but in reality these as unrelated matters, I just wanted to say I may be biased towards tobacco companies even though I loathe cigarettes and smokers. I just do not see the point of the many lawsuits against big tobacco. for instance, there's one this week on Philip Morris for their "lights" cigarette.

would you ever sue Anheuser Busch for the "Bud light" or Miller for miller light? no! you KNOW that there's still alcohol in them!

Personally, I like having more than one choice. Starbucks doesn't think I should.

No, that's called competition.

The world is not fair. Get used to it or prepare for a lifetime of bitter disappointment.

Now tell me what would you be saying if the little guy did the same thing? Absolutely nothing.

And that's just what they do. Smaller companies use the location mapping of bigger companies to locate their stores all the time.

You cannot have an inequality of rights. You cannot prosecute the successful company for doing what less successful companies do all the time.
