Which cooler? Stock one? Or SI-120?

I just got my opteron 170 and 165. One of them came with the 4 heat pipe copper heatsink that amd now bundles with dual core cpu's. Ive read that this is a great heatsink, on par with most aftermarket coolers. But what about noise? it uses an 80mm fan i think. Anyone had any ocing experiance with this cooler? My other option is an SI-120 with a 120mm fan, its a crappy fan but its still pretty silent.
