Which Controller to use on Asus P5AD2

I have an Asus P5AD2 Premium with a P4 540. I also have 2x512MB Corsair DDR2-PC5400 RAM and 2x74GB Raptor Hard Drives. I've been running in RAID 0 on the Silicon Image controller for a year or so. I'm about to redo my OS and I thought that I ought to find out which RAID controller would maximize my performance with this setup. Should I use the Intel ICH6R or the Sil3114R Controller for RAID 0?
