Hi guys! Which configuration is better?


2 9800GTX in Sli mode? or 1 9800GX2?
Just to play Crysis decently.


My actual video card is a GeForce Ti 4200 (please don't laugh on me) so you can imagine that im going to change all my PC. But my doubt is about graphic cards.

a single card is usually better than two lesser cards. but thats not saying that the GX2 is a good buy. you will likely lose nvidia driver updates once the new line of video cards come out. its been done many times in the past. i know the 7950gx2 lost driver updates once it got replaced. i know my 8800gt hasn't gotten a driver update in the last 4 months in XP.

 
They are about even in Crysis, so get the one thats cheapest.
Mabe wait and see what the 9800gt has to offer in a week or so.
