Which company makes the best GeForce cards?

When it comes to pure performance and no need for things like TIVO or TV-OUT, GAINWARD is the best. Through overclocking and pretty low cost (more expensive than the lowest brands but much cheaper than MSI, ASUS, VISIONTEK) The gainward gf4 ti4200 64mb with crt only is $154 and it comes with 3.5ns mem! I believe the average overclock for these cards is around 320mhz for core and up to 620mhz for mem. I believe that the stock for the ti4600 is 300/650, so that is really close.
