Which company makes best CD-Rs capable of 48x?

Fuji are still the best, IMHO. These are (of course) Taiyo Yuden. Yet to see one that didn't work reliably @ 48X.

I bought a spindle of TDKs (Taiyo Yudens according to smart-burn) and they will only burn at 40x. My Ritek TDKs will burn at 48x. I saw in these forums before people saying TYs will burn 48x, why wont they for me?
