If there was 'none of the above' I would have picked that...

+ 1 more! I don't know why Facebook is listed. They are social media - and I would never, ever use it. If the poll replaced them with Linux, I'd bet the results would be greatly different. Then all named would be OS providers.

Why is this not in OT? I was expecting to have to vote WD, Intel, Micron, or Sandisk. The only storage those companies can be trusted with is of data most of us don't care for.

"Trust"? None.

"Distrust the least"? That would be...

Damn, that one is "None" too.

I don't really trust any of them, but I can say I like the amount of stuff that I get from Google in exchange for my data.

To 90% of people in this thread: the question does not imply you trust any of them. It asks which one you trust the most, which is logically equal to which one you distrust the least. "None" is a valid answer only if you trust or distrust all of them equally. It is not a valid answer if you simply distrust all of them.

Google, because I think they have the most longevity - it's part of common speak to say "google something".

Microsoft was all about PC era, declining.
Apple was all about flashy expensive small devices/jewelry, but now it's going commodity/commonplace, so threatened.
Facebook was all like sharing everything free like. ???

Thanks for clearing that up.

Well, lets see. Bing got caught stealing content from Google and passing it off as their own and you people still trust MS??? You're all sick.

I think what it may boil down to is an abysmal lack of trust between ANY of them, it's hard to quantify something that does not exist.

Softy. they've been very lenient with me over the years so I assume they trust me while knowing everything about me.

Yeah I would be more concerned about the project being canceled or the company going out of business. So maybe Microsoft would be least likely to cancel the project, and Apple would be least likely to go out of business?
