Which companies bundle the best/most software/games with their video card?

I'm going to be buying a 9700 Non Pro soon unless because of the 9800 cards, the price on 9700 Pro falls enough to fit my price range. I'm currently looking at the OEM Atlantis 9700 Non Pro 128mb. The Powercolor 9700 128MB Gold DDR is only a dollar more and while in the pictures games aren't shown, the picture of the box claims 7 games inside. There is also an FIC Radeon 9700 128mb OEM card.

Which one of these has the best/most games with it? I usually only game during the summer because during the school year soccer, school, friends, etc. take up most of my time leaving next to nothing for games.
 
Avoid Powercolor, they have a bad reputation for underclocking there cards. I would look into a gigabyte or tyan if you are interested in a decent software bundle.
 
Which one would be better? The FIC or Atlantis? I don't think the Atlantis in this case is built by Sapphire because it doesn't mentioe Sapphire anywhere unlike th e other Sapphire cards...
