#2: CeleronD 2.8Ghz with MSI 915GM-FR (Intel GMA900 IGP, 8ch. audio, Gb LAN)

better CPU and crappy video,audio and lan or crappier CPU with better video,audio and lan?

oh..just read some reviews and it seems a64 is actually kinda equal with the celeron except at games
