Well just stop to think about it for a moment.....

Picking a color is opening a whole new can 'o worms. For example, what songs are you going to load on it? What bitrate? How about format? Which songs will go into which playlist? Should you buy a speaker port for it and if so do they come in colors? Complimentary color or matching? God forbid, what if the silver shade does not exacly match the ipod silver? Is that a good reason to go with a complimentary shade? Perhaps you should re-think your iPod color now based on available accessory color choices.

You sure you're up to all these choices? It's really not something well advised for the undecided.....
