It's my job to order the coffee for the company, as well as help select a vendor, including dealing with issues that arise regarding distribution/quality and so on. We've had a Keurig machine for a couple of years, which I thought was ok - it makes a decent cup of coffee and that's what people seemed to like.
We just switched vendors and chose to get the Flavia machine...the one that comes with "Creamy Topping" for espressos, mochaccinos and the like. Right off the bat, people go NUTS. Everyone wants a cappaccino. On my floor we go through about 90 cups of coffee a day now with about 35 employees.
Therefore, I can't decide who provides the best coffee between the two. Surely some other soul on ATOT has encountered this dilemma.
