Which class should I take.

The possible courses are:

Number Theory
Numerical Analysis
Stochastic Processes
Euclidean Geometry
Combinatorics
Statistical Computing (Advance Statistics Course)
Personal Finance
Managing and Using Information Technology

I can only take 1 course from this list. Personal Finance and Managment courses should be easiest on this list I think.
 
I think everyone needs some sort of finance course so i'd go that route myself. Just for your own sake you'll do better in life knowing a bit about finance.
 
Introduction to Fencing. If they don't offer that Intro to Karate. If they don't have Trig Review or CS 1000 (where you learn how to use a mouse).

Between the classes you listed I'd say euclidean geometry or number theory just because those sound the most interesting.
 
I took Euclidean Geometry, it was real easy in the beginning, but got real hard towards the middle/end

From that list I would take:
Personal Finance OR
Managing and Using Information Technology
 
Ohhh... Euclidean Geometry looks fun. If you are well versed in geometry, it can really help you out all throughout life.
