Which class should I take?

Econ 450 - Public Finance: Expenditure Policy or German 351 - Vienna at 1900.

I think both are going to be interesting. German 351 would make my final two quarters a bit easier, but the public finance course would be another class in my major (would bring my major grade up) and would probably be a bit more useful in the future.
