Dubai is crazy! I kind of want to live there but it just gets so dang hot I would become just a puddle of sticky liquid that used to be flesh.

And I don't know the language they speak there so I wouldn't be able to communicate with anybody.

Those are about the only things holding me back from moving there.

LA by far. Public transportation sucks big time in LA so most people get a car if they can, and there's a lot of people with enough cash for a luxury vehicle.

many of the small very rich communities, such as monaco, would be good guesses. From what i've heard its the cayman islands, whatever the main city is there. London would be a good guess for major city. Definitely not los angeles though.

WTF. LA has a nice amount of luxury cars but it's not crazy. There are a lot of rich communities in the Bay Area where you'll see whatever you can find in LA. If you've ever been to Dubai you would know how crazy it is there..

I think the majority of people in Dubai don't speak the language.

More than half the country are immigrants. Way more than half I believe. Most from non-Arab nations.

By the way I disagree about Dubai having the most luxury cars. The majority of the country = slave laborers.

Moscow is pretty crazy, BMW's and Mercedes all around - the S class is as common as an econobox. Many many SUV's like Range Rover and Cayenne S, personally seen plenty of Bentleys, Lambos and Ferraris in good numbers. The crazy lies in the fact that all imported cars carry a 30-40% value markup that comprises of taxes, import fees (and other things I'm sure).
