Which choice?

im going to buy my conroe and motherboard combo in about a month. ive already decided that im getting an e6300, but i need help on the mobo selection. my choices are as follows:

ASUS P5B Deluxe, stock intel cooler
ASUS P5B, Zalman CNPS9500
Gigabyte DS3, Zalman CNPS9500

obviously the p5b deluxe is better, or so ive heard, but i dont have enough money for that and a zalman at the moment, but if i bought one of the cheeper ones, i would still have enough to buy a zalman (and AS5) as i plan on ocing a good amount. if i were to buy a p5b deluxe, i would have to wait about 2 months to get the zalman, because my parents are pissed im spending so much on a computer...

ive heard good stories about both of the cheeper motherboards ocing well, and i really dont want to wait a while to overclock

any inputs and suggestions would be great

Well, if money is a major concern then the obvious choice is the DS3. Combined with the E6300 its a very nice mobo that overclocks very good. You are restricted on some features that the more expensive mobos have but if you dont need them then its a moot point. Also, have you considered the FreezerPro 7? Its about $25 cheaper than the 9500 and its a very good hsf from what I have heard.

Yeah, I would get the gigabyte ds3 and a freezer 7 pro and save your $$$ for RAM or something. The freezer 7 pro performs in the area of the zalman, actually topping it for cooling ability, though ~4dba louder.

i already got all the other parts but the mobo and cpu

so i guess the ds3 and the e6300 and the zalman or artic freezer 7 which ill look into
