Which cheap TV out card?

After moving my PC into the lounge to watch a divx last night using the TV out on my Geforce2 GTS, I am now looking to convert another machine into a kind of half-assed HTPC. The only component I really need is another graphics card with TV out. I would use this GeForce and buy myself a new card for this PC, but the TVout on this card left a lot to be desired: I could only get it to work with the aid of a 3rd party program, the picture was cut off on the right, and would not fill the TV (the image adjustments did nothing at all), even with trying all the different zoom modes that the TV has. I am not looking to use the machine as a VCR, all I need is a basic TV out card. So, I was looking at the Radeon 7000 (£20 ish), and it seems to pretty much fit the bill, except I am not sure if this TVout on this card will be any better than the TV out on my GeForce. I have looked for reviews of this card but I can't seem to find any. I don't care about the 3D performance of the card, but it would be nice to know which nvidia product it compares to.

Other suggestions for a suitable card would be appreciated, but please don't tell me I need to spend £100/200/300 - remember I said this is going to be a half-assed HTPC :)
