Which chair should i get?

I need something with good rocking action. It soothing to me. The first one is a rocker but I wonder if I would get the same rocking motion effect than from a tradition rocking chair like the second one

Quality rocking chair will last a very long time, and likely can be found at a decent price used. Can always add a cushion if you want more comfort.
