best phone i ever had, in terms of ergonomics, was the sprint pcs touchpoint. awesome phone.
 
Motorolas look nice, but they aren't functional at all. Ask anyone that has had a lot of wireless phones and use their phones a lot and they will tell you the Moto interface is shite.
