Which CD Head Unit to get?

Getting a CD Head Unit for my fiancee for Christmas. She has a POS Hyundai, so not going to bother with much of anything.

Which do you think will be the better unit?

JVC KDG-110
or
Pioneer DEH-1700

Or any other suggested unit? Looking to stay under $100.

JVC, because it's a cheap deck, in a cheap car. and I happen to have one which after multiple years of constant service, still works and looks great.

out of those 2, definitely the Pioneer. I have the DEH-P7600MP that plays mp3s... very happy with it.
