Hello xNIKx.
I have to agree with dbTelos on this one. The general consensus here at the Forums is to stick with the "Usual Suspects": Antec, Cooler Master, Lian Li and Silverstone. If you do a search, both here and on the web, you'll find that cases from these four manufacturers
dominate every review or case comparison. Additionally, high-end,
really high-end, builders like Falcon NW, Voodoo, Hypersonic, etc. use cases from these four almost exclusively. A case from one of these vendors is a "given"; the quality in materials and timeless design, features and performance will be there and are worth the extra cash. Many of us who own aluminum Lian Li's, Cooler Masters and Silverstones have owned them through generation after generation of builds, re-builds, upgrades, etc. The one constant is our cases.
Getting back to the four cases you did mention, I would have no problem per se with the Raidmax cases, especially the "Smilodon" since several forum members use this case for their rigs. However, do not know that much about NZXT as a brand or manufacturer to comment on their quality or reputation. All four cases have the "bling" factor turned up way high, but the NZXT cases are a bit too much for my tastes. And for similar money, you could get some outstanding (according to the enthusiast community and reviews) cases:
For grabbing a room's attention...Antec Nine Hundred
High-end looks and quality for cheap...Cooler Master Centurion 5
The "standard" in brushed aluminum...Lian Li PC-65 series
If you got the money or are crazy that way...Silverstone TJ07
As far as case-bling goes, all these cases, save the Silverstone, have windowed side-panels so you can "light" them up to your hearts content.
The Antec's front fans light up with Blue LED's as well. Design and build-wise, they are among the best cases you can get.
Just my two cents.
😉 Good luck with your build...
