Hi, I'm building a new comp with the current configurations:

ASUS P5K
E6750
EVGA 8800GTS (320MB)
Corsair XMS2 2GB PC2-6400 (C4)
Corsair HX520
Seagate 160GB

the P180 is more than twice the price of the T05 and I'm wondering I should shell out the extra money or will the T05 be just as sufficient? I'm planning to do some moderate overclocking. I've read good reviews about both and is just wondering if the p180 would really be the better choice.
