Which Case To Buy?

I'd like to buy a case that is good for modding and relatively cheap also. I am planning on modding it then selling it. Out of the hundreds, even thousands of different cases available, which one do you think I should get?
 
Most cases are moddable, so that isn't an issue. But, if you plan on selling it afterwards it should be a good quality case to start with.
 
If this is your first case mod (otherwise why are you asking us?) use CHEAP cases to practice on until you start to achieve good results.
