Antec SLK1650, Aspire X-Dreamer/X-Gear or Enermax CS3171?

Looking for it to be quiet, stable, reliable.

None of them. Get the SLK37000B from Amazon.com for $46 shipped. Comes w/ a speed adjustable 120mm fan. Buy another 120mm and you're set. This case comes w/ a duct right over the CPU socket so it's great for bringing in free air for the CPU HSF. XClio 450W PSU from newegg.com or Antec 430W TPII PSU from SVC.com.

hi
i'm not looking into overclocking so i think normal cooling would be ok for me
i only wanna purchase it from a store near me since its much easier to return stuff..the cheapest sutff they've got, besdes the generic ones..it's the ones i mentioned...the 3700 is a little more expensive

The 1650 is going to be a tight fit, unless you have dainty hands. I have regular size myself; and I noticed I was cramped inside of the Antec mini-towers. My favorite cases have all been larger than that one, but except for a single Powmax, and a really cute micro-ATX box, all cost a bit above average, so I can't help you with a bargain basement budget build.

The Powmax was practically free for shipping in an eBay auction ($3-4 plus about $16); it's the only box that's managed to cut my fingers twice -- I got a second cut even after I should've learned better!

returning stuff to newegg, from personal experience, is less of a headache then local stores... so if thats discouraging an online purchase keep that inmind
