Does anyone have any recommendations on the best mid-tower case to get for wire management and air flow?

Here are the specs:

1. Asus Sabertooth X99
2. Intel i7-5960X with NH-D15 cooler
3. 2 x Geforce GTX 980ti
4. 64 gigs of RAM
5. Intel PCI-Express SSD
6. DVD-RW
7. Seasonic PSU

Thanks!

What does the ePeen have to do with the question?

Are you going to Overclock either the cpu or the gpus? One heck of a rig BTW.

Hi

I would not be overclocking. This purpose of this build is to host services on a business connection with minor gaming.

Thanks.

Or one of these beasts.

Cooler Master HAF X - Full Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 Ports and Windowed Side Panel (RC-942-KKN1)

I've always liked big cases one some I guess, my main is still on of these old guys that is pretty modified.

Antec Twelve Hundred V3 Black Steel ATX Full Tower Gaming Case

But it is version 1 that doesn't have any original fan excepts the one on top.

I'd try the Carbide out myself if I were building a setup like that from scratch now.

The Corsair 750 is a nice mid size case. I think Corsair learned about the terrible airflow from the 800D design and changed that with there subsequent cases.

That says full tower on the one I looked at but I do like the looks of that one.

Very clean.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. The Carbide Series® Air 540 looks great, so I will give it a try and report back once the build is complete.

Thanks.

I was going to mention the Carbide and the HAF-XB Evo even though you mentioned mid tower rather than cube. The Carbide and XB are very similar, basically with their orientations flipped. The XB is a horizontal mount which I like better, but the Carbide is sexier. I like that the XB allows heat to naturally rise straight out the top and can be aided by the optional (dead silent) 200mm low speed fan.

I'm pretty much a die hard air cooler at this point, so air flow is critical for any case I consider.

I need to replace my dated Lian Li with something more cable management friendly with better SSD compatibility, and my front running contenders are the Fractal Design Define S (with 2 additional Fractal Design GP14 fans), the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M (with 2 additional Phanteks 140mm fans), and the Phanteks Evolv ATX.

...the Phanteks cases aren't available in retail yet, but should be shortly.
