Which case is better?

I've always liked the idea of the Windtunnel, but you do have to arrange your other cooling to work with it (i.e. top-down CPU cooling, etc). No exhaust fans are necessary on it as there is a large amount of exhaust venting in the Windtunnel, but you can use a rear exhaust and/or a front fan for the drives if they get too warm for you. The same case is sold under several names, so do some research for best price. Newegg also sells it under the ABS label (actually all are made by A Plus - the Monolith (which in German is Monolize)). ABS is a system integrator which originally started Newegg as a way to cut parts costs and now the Egg is much larger than ABS. It has also been sold under the Tagan brand.

The fan on the front of the other one is the same size as the ones on the side of the Windtunel - all the big fans are stated as 250mm in the specs.

So which would you say is better for cooling high performance parts? (OC'ed CPU multiple GPU's and HD's) The big front tunnel fan or the side fan way?

Well the other one also has one 250mm fan on the side. I like the more serious look of the Windtunnel/Monolith. I'm also thinking that there is considerable blockage of that big front fan by the drive cages and other case structure in the A380. And you could use a side draft CPU cooler in these cases, but you'd probably have to protect it some from the blast from the side fans. Need to let the air path work... I'd suggest reading some of the buyer comments on Newegg under the ABS and XClio versions of both cases. Easy to weed out the posts from the clueless...

I'd go with the Wind Tunnel. Cooling for all your parts. It covers more area.

It'll cool the memory, NB, Vid card, bring in cool air more directly to the CPU Heatsink...

Yeah I agree with you guys, the wind tunnel looks sleek and sexy, along with some killer cooling. Would you prefer that over the HAF case though? I hear thats one of the best ones out there now too, along with the tsunami..as far as good cooling and nice LED cases go.
