which case is better???

Probably a tossup between either two cases. Go with the one you like best in terms of looks. I'd go with the chakra personaly. Lian li is a very good brand though, and might have better build qaulity.
 
I would not buy those Lian Li the way they are in the pictures. LL doesn't supply those 250mm fans as factory equipment and whoever put them on the inside of the side window is nuts. Those fans are over an inch deep thus taking lots of width from the inside of the case. Of course the Chakra has the same problem - guess we'll have to chalk them off to stupidity. The XClio Wintunnel (Tagan Monolith) moves the fans out of the way.

You can fit a Zalman 9500 or a 9700 hsf in the original Chakra so thats not too shabby considering.
