Which card to buy?

I am going to be in the market for a new video card here in a few weeks. I am having so much trouble deciding, i thought maybe some of you could weigh in. I have been an ATI guy for a good while, and have never liked a card as much as my 9800 pro (flashed to XT). I want an X800XT, but i am wondering if they will be in stock when i am ready to order. I also was considering a 6800 Ultra, but i have read they run hot, and i am one who likes to overclock. The 6800 GT is an option as well. I dont want the 12 pipeline x800 pro, so basically a 16 pipeline card is what i am looking for.

I only order from newegg, as it is just what i have grown attached too. I am just lost on what to get, and truthfully, tired of shopping to see which one to buy. Its not everyday that i can drop cash like this, as i am not rich, so i want to make sure i get something that is going to last me for a good while. I know all 3 i listed will, but just can't figure out which of the 3 to go for. I like the following things in my card:

1. performance, got to have the performance
2. cooling, i like to tinker with overclocking sometimes
3. Software package. A few games thrown in couldnt hurt.

My last card was the green PCB MSI 9800 pro about a year or so ago. It has been flashed to XT and overclocked to 420/750 for quite some time. New games are starting to stress it a bit, as i like to play at 1600x1200 with AA/AF maxed (i have a 21" monitor).

Any ideas or help would be great.

Look on newegg for the 6800gt with the best bundled stuff, and if you want better cooling slap an arctic cooling nv silencer 5 on it, all for less than a x800xt (i think).
