Hello Everyone, I am on a budget and want to buy a GPU, which one should I go for:

Inno3D GT 730 4GB SDDR3 (N730-6SDV-M3CX)
OR
ASUS GT730 4GB DDR3 (GT730-4GD3)
OR
ASUS R7 240 4GB DDR3 (R7240-OC-4GD3-L)

or any other with same price range but better in performance?

May I ask what your budget is? And we will help you find a card.

Don't get blinded by the amount of memory on those cards. They'll never be able to make use of it. Ideally for gaming you'll want something with GDDR5, even if it means sacrificing two or three GB RAM. There should some GDDR5 GT730s out there.

ABSOLUTELY none of those cards. 4GB of VRAM on such weak GPUs will NEVER be used, unless you're using some very specific productivity software, which you're probably not.

If it's for gaming, none of those cards are good at all. On that price bracket, I recommend 2GB of VRAM and a better GPU. My suggestion would be a R7 270, or a 280 if you can find it for a reasonable price.

This. Or something along the lines of a GTX 650 Ti. Not a bad card for around $100. But as others have mentioned, it depends on what you're wanting to do with the card. Gaming? HD Video?

Which ever card you can afford that has at least 128bit GDDR5 memory.
As said since those cards have so much memory its probably the slower DDR3.
