Which card is better for video input/editing/graphics work?

Looking to get a new card and just wanted some input. Considering the Radeon AIW 8500DV or a Geforce Ti-4200 vivo. I know the ti-4200 will be faster for games but what about the editing/video in feature? Have any of you had the chance to try/use both cards? Also I understand the aiw can be used as a tivo. Appreciate any advice and thanks.

The 8500dv has the far superior feature set for capture/multimedia functionality both hardware and software, however the 4200's dual head gives it the edge for editing IMHO if you can use dual monitors.
