I'm setting up another machine out of left over stuff...here's what I have for it so far:

P2-350mhz
256 megs SD PC100
2-13 gig UDMA/66
17" Panasonic Monitor
SB Live! Value
56k modem
other minor stuff.

Only thing I don't really have for it, is a video card.
So what's good for that kinda CPU speed?

I was thinking of spending around 150$ or so at most, since it'd just be a secondary machine. I found a V5-5500 for 119.99$ at EB and a GForce2 for 169$ as well.

In a 350, you'd be wasting your money with a V5 or a GTS. If you can get the V5 for $120, might as well get it. Otherwise, go with something like a TNT2U or a GeForce 256, the original card, perferably with DDR.

Actually the V5 would probably be most useful, you could enable 2x or 4x FSAA with little performance penalty.
