I'd go for 1 of these 3 depending on what res you play @ & strength of your psu (450watt good brand needed):

Although personally i'd wait the 2 weeks till the ATI 4850 is out, though that will cost a bit above your budget @ $229 but it should also be much more powerful (around 9800gtx performance levels).
