Which Car?

I really wanted to vote for the Ferrari 555 Barchetta but nothing beats having James Bond's car. 😉

Ferrari 360 Modena
Audi RS6
Aston Martin V12 Vanguish
Ferrari Enzo

and how come no Ford GT?

I chose the:
Porsche 911 Turbo, it outhandles and outclasses the others in it's class. I think it even beats them all in a drag race...

BMW M5- It's an Ultimate Driving Machine

Aston Martin DB9- the perfected version of the Vanquish

Mercedes McLaren SLR- Because it's a sensible super car.

Which Koenigsegg? CC or CCR...

The current M5 is too old... I think you should have the E55 AMG and Jag S-Type R and not what you have currently listed. You're comparing the wrong class of cars against each other.

I chose the Viper GTS for one reason... you can modify it to destroy ALL.

I don't know anything about Mercedes line, any of the numbers or any of that (because I think they're some of the ugliest cars on the road...) So I've seen an S500 before, and it's a big sedan that seems to have some power, I think they're around $90k, so that puts it in the class. The XKR is a 390-hp supercharged jaguar sedan. It's definitely the competition for the m5.

I could make a poll with the Civic, Scion, Camry and Focus and you would say the same thing. In other words, pull up your pants and go crap elsewhere.

The XJR sedan is too big... (XKR is the roadster). The S-Type R is 390bhp also and also a mid-size sedan similar in size to the 5-series. http://www.jaguarusa.com/us/en/s-type/overview/S-TYPE%20Overview.htm

Same goes for the Benz E-class... thus the anal rapeage that is the E55 AMG. That thing is insane... 469hp and I think they underrated it. http://www.mbusa.com/brand/models/E55.jsp I dared rev at one in Queens one time cause I knew it would rape me... took off like a Saturn rocket.

If it were those cars I would have voted

1: Camry
2: Scion
3: Civic
4: Focus

Wow... that's exciting.

I edited the poll for the Jag S-type R and Mercedes E55 AMG.

no NSX or GT40?

Maybe a couple with classics in thier own poll, like

70' Hemi Cuda
64' Porsche 911
69' SuperBird
71' Jaguar E-Type Series III V-12
68' Corvette L88

Then, put the retail price next to each car, and I'll just pick the most expensive one, if nothing else matters...

As far as classic cars, I don't really know anything about them, so I'd have a hard time making a poll. Similarly I think most ATOTers would have a hard time voting. We just know what we see on Top Gear. 😀

Get out of my thread and don't come back.

you missed the point of the thread. Some people like to drive. Not just drive a car from work and back, but actually take a car out on the road and drive. For these people WHAT car they drive matters. I'm one of them.

I would take Porsche, Austin Martin DB9, Koenigsegg (CCR of course).

Since the M5 is no longer in production but the future concept is out, which one are you referring to? If we're talking about the E39 400hp V-8 6MT M5, that gets my vote over the current MB E55 AMG. If we're talking about the E60 500hp V-10 SMG M5, I think I'd prefer the E55 AMG. (That would change if BMW decided to offer the E60 M5 with a 6MT.)

Here are my answers:
Ferrari Modena 360 (Porsche 911 Turbo a close second.)
E39 BMW M5 > MB E55 AMG > E60 BMW M5 (with SMG only)
Aston Martin DB9 (Lambo Gallardo a close second and the Ferrari 575 a close third.)
McLaren F1 (Followed closely by the Carrera GT.)
